Arrival and departure usually take place on Fridays. The apartment is available from 4:00 pm on your arrival day. Please check out by 12:00 pm on your departure day. Exceptions can be arranged in advance.
The apartment is located on the first floor and is only accessible by stairs. It is therefore not wheelchair accessible.
Bed linen is not included in the rental price and is charged at CHF 15.00 per person.

There is a bike rack in front of the house. Please bring your own lock.
If you are unable to start your stay, please let us know as early as possible. Without a replacement guest, the full amount is due according to our cancellation policy. No refunds are given for early departures. You are welcome to suggest a replacement guest, as long as they are reasonable and solvent.
We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
Please report any damage or breakages to us immediately. This will enable us to respond quickly and avoid misunderstandings.

If you’re travelling by public transport, please note that the Guest Card is valid from the day of arrival.
You only need a valid ticket up to Sagliains (the connecting station).

Smoking is not permitted indoors. You may smoke on the terrace – please use the ashtray provided and do not throw cigarette butts on the property.
A private parking space is currently not available.
You can purchase a weekly parking permit (CHF 20.00) for the public car park directly across the street via the municipality of Scuol.
There are also several charging points for electric cars in town.
Pets are not allowed in the apartment. Exceptions may be made upon request.
Our holiday apartment is easily accessible by public transport.
Scuol-Tarasp railway station and the nearest Postbus stop are just a few minutes’ walk away.
Thanks to the Guest Card, you can use local public transport (Rhaetian Railway to Zernez and Postbus in the Lower Engadin, except S-charl) free of charge throughout your stay.
A storage room for your ski equipment is available in the cellar. Please also leave your ski boots there – our stairs are delicate. Slippers are provided for you.
